We offer training which can also be supported by mentoring following the training in our innovative and effective bibliotherapy model.
Our CEO, Julie is happy to talk about bibliotherapy, how it works and it’s impact at conferences, meetings etc.
We provide workshops for conferences, events, literature festivals for delegates to attend in order to experience a bibliotherapy session and understand how it works. This can be tailored to appeal to a specific group if required.
We facilitate groups in hospitals, prisons, libraries and community settings throughout West Yorkshire. We can also facilitate online groups in other parts of the country via zoom.
Our texting service is completely unique, an effective way of maintaining the mental health of recipients and can be used to support staff or individuals/groups, helping people to feel a sense of connection with others.
Through innovative use of the written word, Words for Wellbeing builds resilience and creates new perspectives for people experiencing mental health and wellbeing issues.
Using the written word in a variety of ways, we connect with the whole person to improve self-esteem, resilience and confidence.
